How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner and arrive in 7 to 12 business days after you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Your exact estimate is shown on the product page before you pay.

Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, usually within 1 to 3 business days. You can follow it anytime on our order tracking page.
Taxes
Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO addresses. Some remote areas may take a few extra days.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email hello@homerunhour.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
